We already know who "Fedora Romazov" and "Count Loris Ipanov" are. Klassik Akzente has more details, such as:
*Nino Machaidze as Countess Olga Sukarev
*Fabio Maria Capitanucci as De Siriex
*Orchestre Symphonique de la Monnaie (which means the recording should have taken place in ...Bruxelles)

Just out of curiosity, read the synopsys. This is how it ends. "Fedora swallows poison which she had hidden in the Byzantine cross she always wore around her neck. Loris begs the doctor to save her, but it is too late. Fedora dies in Loris's arms".

Does it sound familiar? Sure it does....."They embrace but he finds she is shaking. Maurizio tells her that he didn't send the flowers. She becomes deranged. Michonnet and Maurizio realize that she has been poisoned. She becomes lucid again, and dies".

Fedora was premiered in 1898 and the conductor was Giordani itself. Adriana was premiered later, in 1902. But both at Teatro Lirico in Milan.
