Faust @The Met and Met Live HD, starting Nov 2011

The Met has just announced the new 2011 - 2012 season. Among the goodies, there's a new production of Faust signed by Des McAnuff starring Angela Gheorghiu, Jonas Kaufmann and Rene Pape. Yannick Nézet-Séguin will conduct this co-production with the English National Opera

Faust will open on November 29th and at it is also included in The Met: Live in HD series, the broadcast date being December 10.
