Info Post
.
Hugh Canning for Times Online made up a list of the hottest classical tickets of the year. If you intend to travel in the Great Britain but you're not yet sure what you want to attend, then this list might give you a hint. There's something for every taste: symphonic music, recitals, festivals, opera. See the complete list HERE.
.
There is a section entitled "Divas and divos, Royal Opera" which includes 4 operas to be seen in the 2010 Spring-Summer ROH season.
*La Fille de Regiment - Juan Diego Florez and Natalie Dessay in May
*Simon Boccanegra - Placido Domingo in June
*Manon - Anna Netrebko in July
*Traviata - Angela Gheorghiu and James Valenti on 11th, 14th and 17th of July (will it be the same dress?)
.
I find it great that three (in no particular order) of these four productions were already on my list. I have the fourth one in my agenda but in Madrid, not in London.
.
